The Worker Owns the Land by
WJosephusW
Yet another lengthy narrative poem, this one concerning the historical spirit of the American worker. The poem is told through snippets of conversations between important leaders and the various unnamed workmen who made their power possible.

Coda Denouement by
Faithless Juliet
Just stolen car rides in late spring now, just denouement, scratchy eyes, complexion swollen from hours of crying, and the promise of a 9:00 o'clock email.

A Forlorn Engineer by
Woedin
Sometimes I wrestle with feelings of uselessness. When I can fix almost anything tangible that's broken, given only time, tools, and parts. But when it comes to emotion, or repairing a relationship, I've been unable to mend two loving, and troubled hearts.

Self-Fulfilled Deadline by
ArayaAi
I wrote this poem last year under the title "Anemia Codex". At first I was satisfied with the poem, but over time I noticed personal flaws. I realized that I didn't take the time to make it right? So, I went back and rewrote parts, put a proper title, and I'm re-submitting it. The original title is still accurate. Anemia: Lack of blood. Codex: Book. I put my heart in my writing.

Another rare chance to post something from work, It's just a little rambling poem about how an insomniac's mind can wander when taking a stroll at night, but with one of the most awesome views I can think of! I thank you all for the gift of your time, and of course for any comments given.
