One note to the person I wanna dedicate this poem to: CARLO GAYA AND KENT SASAKI, WHY ARE YOU GUYS LEAVING ME? HUH? I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME... BUT AS I SEE IT... YOU GUYS NEVER DID! Hehe... LOL!
Dude, what would ever make you think that I will curse you when I review your ever-so-beautiful poems? I never will do that.. In fact, it's a sin to do that to the batch valedictorian.. Hell! I'm only the salutatorian so you guys can still curse me (you guys just don't know it, but I can curse you guys back, haha!)
You've got a really awesome poem here.. But, let's face it... That's the way this stupid thing called 'love' works.. It comes and goes, and if it goes.. It leaves us something called a 'heartbreak'.
When people come to me and ask me what that darned thing is, I would probably say, "it's the only word Webster or Collins (or any kind of dictionary) could never define". I mean, you're supposed to be happy when you're inlove.. But why do happy feelings like being inlove have to end? And sometimes, they really end so soon... That's the painful part! OUCH!
I'm in a relationship... And I have experienced being heartbroken a whole lot of times because of the sucky boyfriend I have... And, one day, he asked me, "what if I end up impregnating another girl?"... That really blew my head off! But, being polite, I just told him that I would understand... After all, I wouldn't be the one responsible for having a family at a really young age... My friends know my boyfriend.. And, he's the type of guy who really can't get his hands off girls.
I agree with what Sidney Sheldon (and Hazel) have told me... Indeed, Nothing Lasts Forever... Hell! Not even our life! Not even our crushes... And not even LOVE!
Great poem, Lex! I'm just so sorry I only took notice of it now.. Kinda busy surfing and looking for pix of my new found crush from Busted! GTG! I'm heading to the Year 30! Toodles!

Wow, this sorta hit home for me... I've had to say goodbye to a lot of friends before, including one who was (and still is) one of my best friends - not to mention my only best guy-friend. But this was really sweet, I didn't think it was bad at all! Keep up the good work!
