Whoa... creepy... this has a lot in common with a story I've been writing for the past few months... O_o (well, technically, they're completely different since this deals with angels and demons and mine is a fantasy with elves, sorcerers and other such things...) But wow, that was odd, lol.
No matter! Your writing is beautiful and I couldn't stop reading! The ending was so sweet... *sniffles* I'm so glad things turned out the way they did... it was such a nice way to end things. Well, I should go get started on Mikaili. See you again soon ^.^

Your story is the best I've read in awhile. The story's already 5 months old, and like a good wine, it only gets better with age. You depict both of the Councils better than you could ever know. For a Mortal, you are very perceptive. Congratulations.

If I'd had the time, there'd have been comments all along these chapters, but this was so gripping at times that I had to read all the way through.
Anyway, what a beautiful romance...Parts of it were a bit rushed, but overall, this sweet, darkly hopeful tale is captivating. The characters were complex and kept me guessing at times. Delicious. Oh, and Yahto is the most wonderful of them all, aside from Cien and Jalen. Maybe becuase they all were constantly hinting that there was more to them than appears? Whatever it is/was, I loved it.

sorry this has taken forever to post, but i have been reading your story since it was two chapters or so, and i have to tell you how unbelievabley good it is(like you've probably heard a million times before). it was one of my reasons for getting through the week. plus it inspired me to start thinking about my own story again and hopefully now i'll get back to writing it! congratulations on finishing a wonderful story!

Oh, my god! This has got to be the *best* non-published story I've ever read! And it only took me a short time to read it. ^_^
Your characters and descriptions are better than some professional authors I've read. You have a style that surpasses just about everything I've read on and off line. And there was just so much emotion going on with your characters! They seemed very 3-dimensional and real.
I loved all of the characters, even Yahto. Hey, he kinda redeemed himself in the end, right? ^_^ And I loved Alex and Zayn to pieces! ^_~
Oh, what else... The chapter entitled "Becoming Orpheus" actually awakened some long-forgotten knowledge from the 5 years of Latin I took. ^_^ Right when I saw that title, I knew exactly what Alex was going to do.
I have so much to say, but I don't want this to get cut off... Or bore you to death. I guess I'll finish up...
You made me cry so hard in the last chapter! And it was tears of joy (for once). ^_^
I only counted maybe three spelling mistakes in this whole story... and they weren't even very noticable! Good job! ^_^
I shall now go and read more stories by you. You are officially my favorite on-line author. ^_^ Great job on this story and on whatever stories may come!

It was so good, I loved it so much. I'm gonna miss not reading it.

So hauntingly beautiful and pure. Edana, you made me want to cry. By far, this is the best chapter. You deeply touched my heart with your simple words and I'm not exaggarating. It has been so long since I read a story that make me want to cry. Rare is all I can say.

*sigh* And so ends the great odyssey of Fallen. Wow, that was cool and emotional and...GAH! It was great, but I'm almost sad it's over. It's kinda depressing! That's all right, though. As usual, Edana, you've written yet another beautiful story that came out fabulously. (And I liked the part where Zayn gave the ring back; I got teary eyed. ^^;) For once, I actually have nothing to say. Scary. But really, it was a fabulous story, and good luck with the next one. I'm waiting! ^_^
