But on more serious notes, this is a fantastic story. Fresh, light-hearted, and utterly intriguing. You've got a fan in me. I love the characters - Linea for her boundless wealth of sarcasm and Devi for her mystery and... ah, seduction.
Wonderful.
I must go off like a good messenger now to show my friends. Who will hopefully be like good pets and review.

Right. I’m impressed. Something about this (I can’t say quite what) reminds me vaguely of Emma Bull.
Do you know how your stories are going to end before you begin them? Your original characters demand attention, and I’m afraid that they’ll start to gnaw at the backs of your readers’ brains if you stop writing about them.

Wow! This sounds like the start of a way-cool story! I haven't read much on FP.net or FF.net [evil school, grr!], but what caught my eye about yours was you said there would be gays and lesbians throughout. I am totally happy someone's standing up and writing them, it's about time! You go girl! This story is very intriguing, and I hope you keep it going. Good luck!

Oh. It's so mysterious and dramatic and I love the tone you have set. It just seems wonderfully dark. I'm going to pray I am one of those exceptions..despite my lack of good taste.
