Hell here around INdy I see signs at MCDonalds offering 7$ an hour just to flip burgers. Besides that, if you raise the minwage to what is deemed living wage businesses then start firing people on account that just a little bitty .25Cents added to every burgerflippers every hour of every day wage adds up to a crap load o money adn businness cant grow money on trees.
Oh well, whyd i bother writing this? tee hee

There's so many people in the world, barely scrapping by. And there's so many people living in luxury while other's suffer.
And I really do think something should happen.
My favorite part is:

Very true. It's also annoying how the rest of society looks down on those of us who have to work low-paying jobs to make ends meet. I liked your statement about being "society's greatest philanthropists."

$5.15! I had no idea it was so low. It's £4.30 in Britain, which works out at a little under $7, and even that's not nearly enough. How one could cope on $5.15 I have no idea.
