Oh gosh, I KNEW IT! I knew it from the scene that Nat said she was going to the dance with Matt. She would fall for Matt, eventually get Jeremy, "hopefully" realize she doesn't want Jeremy and "hopefully" get with Matt. Hm, I sense this big giant conspiracy between Matt and Sam about the whole thing? Matt is such an adorable guy. I love the development you put into all these characters, especially Natalie. She is someone, one can identify themselves with easily, with the stalking, never talking to the "crush," trying desperately to get his attention... I especially liked the chapter where she got drunk and was out in the cold. It was something I personally could identify myself in, but I'd probably more likely... not be found? LOL! I can't wait for the next chapter! This is extremely well written. It's better than some cheesy teen-romance books published. The Bachelor of Journalism degree helps, I guess! :)

Ohh! What a twist! I totally didn't see that one coming. On the one hand, it was so depressing when Matt and Natalie, uh..."broke up," I guess one would say. But on the other, Jeremy totally...well, if I'm inferring correctly from the last line, he kissed her! Wow, that's super. But it's always a mixed bag, isn't it? First, Natalie has Matt but not Jeremy, who she really wants; now she has Jeremy but she feels really bad about Matt.Anyway. My praise for the last two lines, what a great way to end a chapter. Instead of just saying, for example, "He leaned forward and kissed me," or something of the sort, you left a sort of cryptic statement, leaving us to figure out what you meant. ^^ I think that last section was incredibly cute. I was hoping something like that would happen; and when Sam told Nat she thought he liked someone else, I thought, It's Nat! It's Nat! ^^ Okay, enough of my squealing and suchwhat. It's a brilliant, pivotal chapter. I can't wait for the next one!

U r driving me nuts here! I've only just finished the story, and here I am already impatient for ch. 13! Natalie totally reminds me of me, especially that beginning part about Jeremy; that's just how I feel about the boy I like. I swear, if the two of us were any more similar, we'd be one and the same. Well, great story, and I'll support whichever pairing u choose, whether it be Matt/Natalie or Jeremy/Natalie. Both are awfully sweet, plus I think Matt has a thing for her and he's jealous of Jeremy. Aw, how cute...I love it. A+, 10/10, nay, 100/100! In other words...I WANT MY CHAPTER NOW! *pouts*

Oops, shame on me. I should've been your first reviewer for Ch.13, all things considered. But, I was so tired after I finished reading it the first time that I didn't want to leave some incoherent review for you to decipher (imagine if I'd accidentally slipped into netspeak?). And then I completely forgot about it yesterday. So again, I say, "Oops".
You are EVIL for the ending. And I understand now what you meant by this chapter complicating things. I just realized something... Natalie is completely DENSE. Well, I didn't *just* realize it, but I guess I never noticed the extent of her denseness till now. Jeremy-development aside, she better make a really GOOD apology to Matt soon. :p Although... I still remember the numerous insecurities of high school, and the drama it all entailed. So I guess I should be a *little* understanding about her crazy overreactions. I should be, but I'm not. ;P
Now hurry up with the next update. Because remember, I KNOW you're two chapters ahead. Insider knowledge, score!

yay! finally, something's happening between nat and jeremy! and i have the suspicion matt likes nat. i love the way you write, constantly building up suspense and leaving the reader to guess who will end up with who ... and even though the cliffhangers drive me crazy, they keep the reader interested.. and i also like the character development you have going on with nat, i can identify with her and her emotions... :Pkeep writing! more soon plzz!~isabel~

Well. I both like and dislike the implications of that last line. It leads one to believe that Jeremy has finally seen the light.
That being said, it seems that Nat's starting to get quite confused, and not in a good way. I'm loving the fact that she can't admit Matt's gotten to her - or doesn't recognize it, whatever. But it's obvious.
Is this going to be a case of getting what you want only to realize what you've lost? I have to let you know I'm rooting for Matt, if that's the case.
Okay, I'm off to behave now. Write more. Soon.
