this is really heartfelt. I like your line "Why am I the one apologizing?"-thats extremely deep. Things like that in life leave their marks in us, deep cuts with painful scars. It's good to face your sorrow and take from it something to look back on in the future. I really do hope and pray that the pain you feel will heal and won't haunt you throughout your life. Always write.

Wow that is an awful thing to have had happen to you.
I would never be able to have written a poem like this. I would have probably written something cursing him to hell or something. but anyway your you and not me.
