This was a nice description, but as far as poetry goes, it didn't quite hit the mark to me. The word choice was good and it flowed well. However, it didn't invoke any sort of feeling. It started to bring forth a memory.
Over all, i'd give it about 3.5 - 4 stars =)

I really liked this one. Because, it was actually hard to tell what you were describing (if I hadn't looked at the title) but you were very descriptive at the same time. I like that you have some rhyming but it isn't consistent.

San Antonio sucks there are no good trees here, just stupid live oaks God im so sick of live oaks, haha.
