Hehehe. Funny stuff. Made me think a bit about the song that goes, “There’s a hole in my bucket” with all the repetitions of phrases. Very much like a fairy tale with the hysterical queen! :o)
Thanks for your kind words on You’ve Gone Away. I’ve gone over it a few times to try to make it less confusing but I can’t. A fair chunk of it isn’t supposed to make sense because the main character is pushed into a place where it’s confusing for her and I suppose I want the reader to see it through her eyes.
The best way to describe it is: Bly is having a mental breakdown. Reality and illusions are blending into one another and she can’t decipher what is real.
