I liked it, but it's left way too open.
Dominic changed too quickly. You could infer that the way he acted was a front because he didnt want to get hurt. But why? He obviously didn't have previous relationships with the way that he didn't know how to kiss. What about the scars? What's up with that?

i want to make this one of my favourite story,,but this one kinda give me a bittersweet feeling and i kinda, REALLY hate Jeff..so i think i just want to say that great story...i never did see Jeff will betray Nic that way at first (love the name btw..DOMINIC..,its like DOMINIC MONAGHAN..*SWOON*)..
i hate Jeff!..my hatred is deeply imbedded to Jeff...why the hell Nic forgive the big jerk!..coz if i were Nic i just go and find other guys that are better than manipulative bastard name Jeff..!and i know that he will betray Nic..i feel it in my bone..
ok..enough rambling!..great job!..loves it but hate it too..so kinda fifty/fifty here..but i really like your writing!

It's a really good story:) I can't see that relationship ever working out for longer than a week, and it would be really sad if it does anyway, as it's so unequal so reading about them made me sort of depressed. But it is very well written, and realistic. I like. :)

To say that I really, REALLY enjoyed this story would be a very large under statement. Seriously, it has to be one of the best I have read in a while. Those later developments were VERY unexpected.

wow. love it so far and i'm only a quarter of the way through the first chapter. character is adorably cynical/grumpy, the descriptions are unique and tell me enough about how everything looks, and the setting is intriguing, yknow, with all the whore-ness and smoke and yuppies and porno-bookstores ^^;;. i dunno why this hasn't gotten more reviews o.O *waves frantically to everyone else out there and pokes them into reviewing*

*sniff* That was a great work of art! it was so angsty and dramatic...I couldn't help but cry! I loved the ending. It was perfect! But y'know...every story could have a sequal *wink wink* But it's still a great story!

EXCELLENT! I really liked that. I know this is the most overused review ever, but i'm saying it anyways: Very original! It had good dialogue that varied between characters and was cleverly done, and it had good internal monologues which are two things that honestly can make or break a story. On a final note, the ending was perfect. I liked how it kind of came full circle and ended up having kind of a message, which can be rare in FP.net stories.
