Oh, I love this! Absolutely wonderful. Honor and pride seems so belittled these days, I'm always looking for stories (or attempting to write) stories that bring the point of keeping one's honor over personal gain into plain view. Many thanks for sharing this.

OOh I really like this. I have a thing about stories like these - 'How the elephant got his trunk' is one of my favourites and I think I'm going to put this right up there with it =)
