This is beautiful, Daystar. Truly lovely. You manage to get out your feelings without ending up sounding either sappy or overly-ornate. The extended nature references fit perfectly.
The only thing I'd suggest about changing in this poem is the formating. Throw a few blank lines in their between sections, so it's easier for us to read.

OOh that's touching. I remember you in china, missing him so much, and so happy for the few minutes on the phone card that allowed you to call him. This is very good at showing the raw feelings and showing how fickle the heart can be when it is distressed.

I'm not gifted in critique - but I wanted you to know that your poem touched me in a special way. In a very honest way, it reminded me of timeless longings for undefined dreams and closeness - that defy concrete expression. Thank you for capturing those feelings and writing them down so I can revisit them over and over.
