Hehe that's cute, I especialy liked the second verse. Tofu, when it's cooked badly, is very bad indeed. I'm sorry you've had such bad experiences with veggie food. It's not all bad, trust me. Good veggie sausages taste exactly like the meat ones (after all, there's not much real meat in a lot of 'meat' sausages) and they're cheaper.
Just a nitpick
'How doth thou flavour absorb' the 'thou' should be 'thy'.
