Tide turning fairy tales into erotic sex novels? haha. This could be a problem! lol. *-And Humpty Dumpty tried to hit on Red Riding Hood, so she shoved his ugly ass off the wall. The moral of the story? Leave room for the Holy Spirit, but only if you're a round and homely egg-man mutation* bahahahahaha. What is it with the fairy tale tendency? "Squids will be Squids" inspiration, mayhap? haha. I love that book.

A tournament? Fighting? Has someone's precious male ego been bruised? lol. This sounds promisingly dangerous. I'm a little frightened-*evil pause*- oh, who am I kidding? I just want to see the action. hehe.
Hm-not much to say about this chapter. So-
*random song interlude* "For we're the kings of it all from the day we were born - yea, we're the kings of the Kilburn High!" Sorry about that. Felt like I had to fill up the space w/my Irish punk rock.
*clears throat* ahem.
This chapter was awesome anyways! 'Tis brilliantly cruel to make your reviewers so curious, yet deprive them of their next chapter. *pauses and notices little arrow on botom of screen* OOps. Guess I need a better eyeware prescription.

Hi again, traveling buddy! Sorry I've not reviewed in a while, but you know how life can get w/the psycho bio teachers and gaelophobic (made that up -hatred of the Irish) Cro-Magnons!
Some random OOC kindness on Aris's part. Is she becoming vulnerable? Tisk, tisk. We don't want her becoming like Jane and losing her touch. lol. jk. I mean, she can still use the demon seductress as blackmail, can't she? "You'll never believe what Tide fell for last night-" *holds out hand expectantly for Tide's cash* jk jk.
But that was sweet - the whole comforting scene. I'm such a sucker for the romantic stuff.
And then Aris gets very macho again.
"Now would you kindly unhook your claws, and get those dirty hands of yours slapping some human man's ass." bahahahaha. muahahaha. hahahaha. ahahaha. *laughs so hard that she falls off chair* I can think of a few women I would love to say that to.

Hiya! I'm Lanni and I've been reading your story for a while, after M* told me about it. This is wicked good! (SOO much better than M's-lol) but I was too lazy and pigheaded to review. But the cookie was good - very good. Wish my mom could make cookies like that. She burns them, kinda like M*. But anyways-
Tide sounds hot. Is he? You haven't really said in the story, but since M* and I can both telephathically date fictional characters, I need to know these things in case I have a desire to steal him from Aris. Well, if she doesn't slay me first, but-
*nervous laugh* I don't like sharp pointy objects.
Anyways, I'm waiting like a squirrel high on chocolate and pixie sticks for battle scenes. When is there going to be some ACTION? (Well, I'd settle for some action between Tide and Aris, but- just kidding!)
So is there going to be a sequel to this? Or a prequel? Or are you just going to add s'more parts to this part? She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named-To-Avoid-Stalkers (M*) has not filled me in on that as of yet. I need to know these things, because - well, because that's just who I am!

Wait a minute - I thought that the voice was bad. Hm - so is it a good thing - like a benevolent force? Or is it still a bad thing? *pauses for thought*
Anyways, that was a great way to introduce the history of this whole conflict. It flowed nicely, as opposed to randomly integrating it through the thoughts of your main character. A lot of authors try that, and it just doesn't work. Ends up confusing me majorly. So kudos to you for that!
But I do hope there can be a peaceful end to this conflict with the humans - we're not bad guys, you know. (Well, excluding me and you, but that's a different story, you know-lol)
Anyways, awesome as always! Good to know you're getting something out of Mr. Kreckie's class! (haha)

Ha! I am back, just like I said I would be! (note to any Walkathon walkers: never take the shutle back to school! It is late and evil and the bus driver listens to your conversations and comments on them!) But anyways, I have fixed my computer as best as the hunk of junk can be repaired. So now I can review AND access the Internet! *sigh*
Anyways, on to the chapter! *claps*
I read this last night, so I forget exactly what I wanted to say, but the Beam part was hilarious! I was laughing wicked loud, and it was late, so my mom was "irritated" with me. But it was pretty funny. Especially Tide's last line. lol. So macho. jk. jk. lol.
"That all you got punk? Well, listen up dorkwad, if you bug me again, waste my time and energy, or hit on Aris, especially that, again, I'll kick your punk ass right up, yo? Again." hehe. lol.
But now I'm anxious to meet all the other members of the council. I mean, if Beam is their "pride and joy", are they jerks? Or are there some different types? It leaves me curious-
