why oh why do you have to be so good at this? grr!
I can't believe you were in 7th Grade when you wrote this...*sigh*... Oh, this is SO unfair. I just randomly stumbled on this, it was on author highlights, and I thought..." hmm... haven't read this one" So, obviously, I DID! YAY ME! heh heh!
Good moral behind the story. In the middle I got a bit confused, but I have re-read it and I understand it all now. T'is good! Strange, like, how dreams are sometimes ominous messages. Like my Dad's friend was in the army, and he was sent away. One night my Dad had a dream that he came back, that he came to his house and stuff. The next day, Dad got a letter saying his friend had died in action. That is scary, but true. So, urm...yeh, what else to say? This is an excellent piece! *jealous glance*

Nice story. I didn't expect you to put in God/Satan dialogue.
You handed this in to your 7th grade teacher? I thought mine was surprised when I handed in a 230page (but light and G rated) i'd have loved to see his/her face.

Yes, it's a bit bizarre and confusing here and there (I didn't know he was about to die) and the humor doesn't really shine through as "The Ring" but there were funny moments. (Like when he was reminded his son was alive by God.) A few typos here and there, "trial" not "trail", but overall a slightly bizarre story we can learn something from. Nice ending and explanation of the first dream! Great symbolism. :)
