Very true for me. I felt this inside me!
I too don't want to depress anyone else with my stupid problems. I also found a trick to let me get low, then slowly build myself up again through good/funny memories/silly stuff
It was like spring cleaning ... for my soul.
(You aren't a Taurus, are you?)
This is how I view this short piece. There is a lot here for a shortie.
Keep the self-introspection up - it will be your best friend and greatest shield in this world. I know - it kept me good AND alive.
