Overall, it was fun to read, but I have two suggestions: 1. You focused more on the plan than why the assain was killing the President at the start, then talk about why near the end. It would make more sense if the order was reversed. 2. The very end seemed choppy, and almost killed the enire climax, blending it would work well.

Excellent. Well written, and your assassin character has a great voice. You've also done a good job of establishing a bit of motive for him, as well as a touch of insanity. I'll be looking forward to more of this one.
