I like it! I'm not too sure why but I do!
I really like how you twisted the whole heart break idea into a happier idea even if you did bring it straight back towards bad feelings by the end of the second line.
I like the metaphors and noticed that you had some hidden ones too.
Overall I think it's a well written piece that had a lot of thought go into it.
