This one gave me goosebumps, too. It's true, sometimes lying about the cuts is just to get the other person to guess, to comfort you or give you help in some way, but then they just assume you don't want to talk about it. I loved the last stanza. It hit hard.

You are so damn good at writing angst... The ending just stunned me, because I know how it feels when you cry for help and no one answers you. Awesome write, I'm going to keep an eye out for you.
