You are a skilled writer... this story was great and I look forward to the next one! I'm glad this ended happy! A few times in this things seemed a little unbelievable or juvenile, but i can't even remember where now because they were such tiny parts of the story. Great job!

Good job! I really think you could do this professionally. Writing, I mean. Most stories are just so serious-yours has a lot of humor to it to lighten it up in the midst of such a chaotic situation (laughed my ass off when they went to the lake and all those goths were hanging out...LOL). Hope to see more of your writing in the future! =)

Throughout this story you took the reader and showed them many emoitions, some more simplistic then others. You allowed your characters to expand and "get off the page" or in other words made them real. As you expanded the reader gets to really know Kat, how she feels, whats happening. But on top of this its all in first person! How you managed it, I'll probably never figure out. Over all your story was excelent, and about the only thing that really upset me was having to wait between chapters as you wrote them. For in some parts I was beaming, I was forced to smile just reading it, while in others I would have to swollow tears. I mention this because it can be hard to find a story or novel that can evoke emotions from the reader and I offer more congrats on that! But I suppose I should start on about this chapter, Between this chapter and the last chapter you really made Jake's character shine, when he became angered at her I really wondered if there was more behind his words. I love the way you ended it, and I doubt it could have ended any other way. It fits. Now I'm sure your probably tired of my review, and have many more to read. Until next time, ttfn! =^_^=

Argh! I go away for like a week and come back and your finished! This has been such a great story, and it sucks that you've finished it, but great that you have too. Well not much sense but so many authors on this site seem to start great stories but never finish them! You did a awesome job and i hope you'll be writing again soon!

Please forgive me for not reviewing for so long. Believe me, I had reasons, but I just can't think of any at the particular moment... This is such an awesome story and the ending was very touching... It came out the way an ending should. You story was realistic, not some boy likes girl, girl likes him back junk. This stuff was real and out there. Congratulations on being such a great author of such a great story! I can only hope you dish out more stuff like this soon! Best wishes for Jake, Kat and of course, the one who made the whole story happen, Endless Dark! (sorry if that sounded corny... ~_^)

boy have i had a lot of catching up to do with this story! first of all, i can't believe it's over! wonderful way to end it though! second of all, congratulations! this was really great, absolutely killer. i think i fell in love with jake same time as kat did! lol just kidding! but seriously, all the insight was nice, well, the whole story is nice! great, GREAT story. i mean it. i was absolutely smiling at the sweetness of it all, from his outburst of concern to his comforting to his "jealousy" to all the kat/jake scenes! i'll be looking forward to more of your stuff! and lastly, can i get directions to find the nearest jake-esque guy? hahahaha
