Wow, I'm really astonished at how much better this has gotten with just one chapter! I mean, it was wonderful before, but now...with the different characters and the dialogue, it's even better than the first chapter.
And I really love this Silderan fellow already. I like his attitude, kind of teasing and all. He sounds really sexy, too.
Anyway, really awesome chapter and I can't wait for the next one!

Very beautiful wording I must say. Your description of the village and its people are truly fantastical. I've been trying to picture Sei in my head as I read and he's by far the most unique character I've ever imagined.
As for plot, I'm waiting to find out why one must go to this garden, and why since so many have died in the process have they continued to do so. It all reads very dreamy and I'm looking forward to a bit of action, if it's what you had in mind...
It has a very mythical feel to it with the spirits and all, I'm very intrigued.
Keep up the great work, and I'll be looking forward to more.

I have...had... a character in my story who is/was gay. I really loved him, he was a dragon-shifter, awesomness. I also love unicorns, which was what caught my attention for your story. My favorite character in my story is a unicorn and he can turn into a human...well, as human as human is in that world. But he is SO glompable.
I read your profile and I have to agree with you. If people don't like what you are, then too damn bad. One of my best friends is gay and I love him to death. ^_^ So rock on!
