I loved this. It described exactly how i feel. Not wanting to let go even though everything is telling you that it will never work. "Look into these foggy eyes/And just tonight, we'll kiss the skies" That was my favorite couplet! You really captured the feeling. Nicely done!

i swear you looked in my brain before you wrote this one... it is perfectly, exactly applicable to something in my life. seriously, i can't get over it, how insanely much it fits. i love "let me crash and let me burn/ let me smile when you return"... damnit i love all of it... it's so so so good. i'll shut up now!
