Loved this. Great descriptions. I only had a problem with the part where Mere tumbled down the steps into Shummy's arms yet she's hugging his legs? I was a little confused and perhaps I missed something. Keep going it's an engaging story.

I remember when I first found this piece. I was a lonely guy, not really understanding who I was or what the world was. I just got lost in the vast amounts of literature here. This was the first story I ever opened on this site. 2011. It's been 6 years since, and about 3 yeas since the last update. I hold onto so much hope this will be updated one day. I remember waiting a year or maybe 2 for an update. I hope it happens the same again.
I hope the creativity and love you have for this story comes back. It was a pleasure to read when I didn't know love, and just as pleasurable after.
Still waiting for that update, however long it take.

So weird to think I started reading this when I was 13 being almost 21 now, I still sometimes remember this story and go back to read to see if mere and chris had any updates to the story and this novel still holds up and keeps me wanting more and just to know if they ever do end up together! But whether you do eventually finish the story or not know that a lot of people do appreciate this writing. Xxx
