11Blue Screen of Death
In a group of three - friends, enemies, it matters not - one, will always, ALWAYS, get hurt. Whether it is a betrayel, stuffing emotions so that 'they' can be happy, one moves away, or just simply because two find themselves more close than with the one - and the one can usually sense that the others just hang out with them for 'old times sake.'
Yup, I can relate. And this story was very well written, the imagry quite powerful, I'd like to say I hope it works out for our nameless character - but in that situation there is no solution...I'm glad I took the time to read this ;)

Aww... you are right. It is bittersweet, but well written. I don't believe I have personally gone through this, but I know of plenty of others who have. You should right more :) Flawless Storm.
