This is good. I normally don't go for stuff without "correct" grammar etc. because so often people seem to ignore it just because they're lazy, which I loathe. But you're making a point with it, and it's very effective.

Whilst I'm not exactly in favour of anger in the main, I do find that sometimes just screaming and shouting really does help let off steam.
And you can do it to a really funny effect if you do it in a public place for no apparent reason.
Like maybe walking down a street and just start hollering and shouting abuse.
The stares I get from people usually make me feel better.
In fact, sometimes I do it when I'm not even angry about anything!
