Oh I know... Fancy dress parties are so much fun. I haven't been to one since right before school ended last year, but my friend has decided she wants to throw me a sweet sixteen party (my birthday comes before the rest of my friends, so i get special treatment... hehe). It wouldn't be until december, but it should be fun if it actually works out. And it would be fancy dress. Which would be cool.
Oh... those darn dance concerts! you would have been able to go to a fancy dress party!
I do the same stay up late, tell myself i'll wake up early, and then wake up late thing...
How did I sleep through a garage being demolished... hmm. Good question. I don't know how. I guess I'm a heavy sleeper?
Your mom didn't trust you to wash the dog? Well... maybe next time she'll just do it herself the first time?
Well I've got to run... I have softball in like 5 minutes.

Yeah, do they like translate it from American English to Australian English? Haha. 'Cause I know they do that when it comes around to the Harry Potter books. They translate them from the actual British that they're written in, which I find absolutely stupid. Wow I blab a lot.

So I would assume it's the beginning of the school year but then you wrote this- I shoot Liv a funny look. "The formal isn't until July," I tell her, "It's only February"
When exactly does their summer vacation take place? Through December and January? I'm a bit confused with the time line. But I like your story- the plot's wickedly cute and your characterizations are great.

sorry i haven't reviewed, coz i have been away at camp. so many updates! .
how was father's day? we made my dad buy his own lunch. lol. it was yummy though.
anyway her cousin sounds really sweet! i can't wait to see what happens at the movies! btw the whole justine thing was hilarious. spesh coz we're forced to do taht coz some of us aren't allowed to know guys. lol. chris becomes christine...jeremy jess, sam samantha...and so on... it's quite funny. anyway

Cassandra seems really cool but she's one of those really annoying people who are good at everything and still really nice so it's impossible to hate them, isn't she? And what's up with Nicole's Jack guy? Sounds like it wasn't such a nice breakup.
Her homework situation sounds like something I'd do... stay up really really late trying to finish it all, and then planning to wake up early to finish the rest, and sleeping through the alarm. God knows I've done THAT before. (The first day of school, I slept through it, and like a half hour later, my mom comes in and she's like, Lauren? Lauren? Wake up, you're going to be late. My alarm was still going, and its REALLY loud... It woke my parents up across the house, but not me, and it's next to my ear. It's not that surprising though... I mean, I slept through our garage getting demolished, and that was like 5 feet away from my room (not connected to it though). The house was even shaking then, but I was still asleep. Pretty sad when you think about it...)
Hope you had fun washing the dog...
