I don't know... the repetition didn't seem to be quite as powerful as you might have hoped it would be.
Word choice was really good, though. I don't see many people use the word manifest or demeanor, which was quite cool. =)

woot! I love this! (*and is super glad to be back on fictionpress* *tackle hugs*) Reminds me of Sephiroth, but that's probably just because I am a major video game junkie. But I love the repeated lines in some of the verses, adds a sort of sadness to it, I'm not sure why, but it does.
