I definitely could feel the pain and the emotion in this and it is clear you put a lot of thought into it.
My suggestion would be to add more between the lines, as, at times, it came off as simply a list.
If you can expand on the list and explain what each thing means to you or does to you, maybe it'd be more than a dark actions/emotions.
But I definitely think this is overall well-done. Some of it says a lot in just a few words, like the line "an ugly sight." I felt what you were feeling, I think.
