Wow...I wish I could write poetry like that...

This is truly fantastic. It reminds me of Shakespearean writing. It's beautiful.

I love a good sonnet! I love a great sonnet even more! I must say that this was a great sonnet. The older-style language that you used certainly made me want to dust off some of Shakespeare's love sonnets. The rhythm was fantastic! Great job!

Wow, I am green with envy. I wish I wrote it. That is probably the best poem I have read on fictionpress by far. I absolutely love the way it flows. It's like a song that doesn't need any music. You have a real talent for poetry. I love reading good poetry, and this really painted the emotion for the reader, or at least it did for me. Personally, I don't feel other's emotions through poetry if it's not written well but this is just perfect. I really have nothing more to say. Great freakin poem. Keep up the good stuff. You're on my favorite Author's list, and this poem I'll definately be adding to my favorite stories.

Wow, this is very poetic. Of course, that would be the point. I love your vocabulary and rhyming pattern, but I'm not a very good critic for poetry so I won't even try. Thanks for reviewing me- you are my first reviewer! I'm not sure if any of my stories are going to be continued- the ones I have put up so far were all assignments for history so I haven't a clue where to go if I was going to continue. I'll think about it though. Beutiful poem- You are very talented!

Well worded, and you did a beautiful job of making it sound more olden, shakesperian. Or at least thats how it sounded. Brilliant.

Thanks for your reviews.

Beautifully spun words and I can see why this poem became a semi-finalist. Doesn't do it justice really but there you go. Good read!
