Hmm, surprise ending. Who would have thought she would have fell in love with her stalker? Who would have known. This was a good story overall. I'm sad, knowing that this is the end of I'M WATCHING YOU. I really hope you are planning on continuing to write horror, because you are quite talented at it.

HEY, I KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING THROUGH. I USED TO HAVE A STALKER. BUT I AM SCARING MYSELF SO I'LL SAY SECRET ADMIRER. STILL A LITTLE SCARY. BUT ANYWAY, I GOT LETTERS, EVEN MESSEGES! ON THE COMPUTER! I'M NOT SURE HOW HE MANAGED THAT. I'D COME HOME FROM SCHOOL OR MY BOYFRIEND'S HOUSE AND I'D FIND A MESSEGE ON MY COMPUTER OR A LETTER ON MY DRESSER. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE DID THIS. I ASSUMED MY BROTHER. WELL I ASKED HIM, ROGER, WERE YOU IN MY ROOM TODAY? ARE YOU MESSING WITH MY DELL? HE SAID NO BUT EVERYDAY, (CAUSE HE CAME HOME AT 2:00, HE'S 14)THERE WAS A LETTER BY THE DOOR STICKING OUT FROM UNDER OUR WELCOME MAT AND IT WAS ADDRESSED TO "BEAUTIFUL JULIA" HE THOUGHT IT WAS FROM ROBERT,MY BOYFRIEND, SO HE JUST DUMPED THEM ON MY DRESSER. BUT THAT DOESN'T EXPLAIN MY COMPUTER. I HAVE A WINDOW SEAT AND WINDOWS LIKE FRENCH DOORS. THE WINDOWS ARE STAINED GLASS, (MY CREATION) SO I DON'T HAVE CURTAINS, BUT I'M ALSO ON THE SECOND FLOOR. Interesting chapter. When I first started reading this story, I was expecting it to be a creepy stalker story. But it's totally different. Maybe you should consider throwing some cool twists into the story, because nothing is really happening. Update soon.
