i love this concept, and the complete last stanza.
i'm not sure what else to say. it almost seems like something you read in a caption beside a picture of little girls with wings and white dresses- am i strange for thinking that.

Truly beautiful and touching. I love it. The different wings you describe, those of the other person, and the small, undeveloped, inexperienced ones of the speaker - this is a beautiful image. It made me think of a lovely childhood friendship, and the way parting hurts when something as innocent and precious as that is ripped apart by time or circumstances. A wonderful poem.
