I noticed how some people have mentioned that this poem doesn't acknowledge the darkness of the world and I have to disagree, it doesn't dwell on them. That's a big difference right there. Very good poem it incorporates so much of the faith in very few lines. Great work

I like this poem a lot. Its short and Sweet, as well as beautiful. Keep your faith strong, but don't forget the grievences of the world.
"For the heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, While the heart of the Fool is in the house of mirth."
Ecclesiastes 7:4

To kneel at the throne of God... it's an honor I look forward to as well. Good poem, keep it up.

Wow. You made me cry. That is so true. And you are right, he does give us something to look forward to in hard times. I commend you for this poem. It is excellent and very touching.

Indeed, this world is not our home. And homesickness can be difficult sometimes. It is something I struggle with constantly. But I always find comfort in knowing that my presence here and my purpose here is to serve my Lord. A very, very touching piece. Good work.

Woo hoo! Thanks for the review, I always like to return the favour, even though I can never say much that would inspire me to the person I'm reviewing. Does that even make any sense? No. Well, anyways, I like this poem very muchly. "Muchly". That's a funny not-even-sure-if-it's-a-real-word. Hmm, um, back to the review:I liked how you started off with the whole"kneel at your throne and ted it up neatly by repeating the"kneel at your throne" line.Ooh, and if you want to email me just for fun I'd have no problem with e-pal-ing with an Arizona Mormon, I promise. Actually you could tell me about Mormonism and I would like to listen. I don't know enough about it to judge. And besides the bible says judge not least ye be judged anyway, so there you go. I'll look forward to hearing from you. We can talk theology...or not. :)Dr. Colleen
