Such a good story! It was really really really really really really really good. As for the question on your authors note ( i dont know if you still want an opinion on this, but whatever.) i think it should be kept the way it was. because then the diary stuff fits in better. Also, did you purposely make it so Rafael never found out about David trying to make out with Jessie? Anyways, I think this is a really good story. Keep writing!

This was truly amazing i cried at that end ! I just read this all yesterday and today i was hooked is was that amazing i think if you were to get this published you would make it big !
I think the plane scene and the deli were the best !

My last review wasn't much of a review, I guess. Ahaha. I don't know what was going on then.
But anyway, Rafe is too awesome. I do rememeber reading this long ago, it's still as awesome obviously. I think the ending was too mushy for my liking but I'm getting into mush now so I will continue reading. Plus, Rafael's too funny to leave behind.
Are you thinking of publishing? I say go for it if you are. You'd be big.

this story is awesome and definitely deserves more reviews- unfortunately this is my 2nd time reading this through so i can't review every chapter but i definitely hope you do edit/revise this some day and get it published!

wow this story was amazing!
i mean the whole time the chemistry between the both of them is intense. it was really interesting reading a romance from a male point of view.

At the beginning, I didn't like Rafael. He seemed cocky and annoying but throughout the story, he seemed like such a great guy. I wish he was real. :P This was so well-written and the story itself was just awesome. Great job :D

Amazing first chapter :) I'm not too crazy about this Rafael dude, but he seems like a decent guy deep down (really deep). I hope that mystery girl whips him into shape :P Once again, amazing job. :D

Your story is AMAZING! I love Rafe and it was so much fun to follow his story...i am an avid reader, but i dont think i've ever read a story like yours and i could not put it down...you should publish, because i will buy it! You are amazing! Write more!

AW you story is so darn cute i love the POV you wrote from and how you developed Raphael as a character! at first reading the story was a pain because he was so dam pigheaded and anoying listening to him go on and on about himself but after a while he was just to dam loveable to not read about! anyway good job on the story it is totally aweesome!

Wow. That was effing amazing. That was...wow, what a beautiful realization (by Rafael).
"Oh God oh God, I think I am, too. Was. Am. I still love her. Always will. Time can’t change that. I won’t let it."
The moments leading up to that and after were amazing, but this was the culmination of it all. It hit me like a punch in the gut. I love your story - and I can't believe it took me this long to get around to reading this. I'm just sad I didn't get to before. You have a real talent. Your characters are so believable and so, so likeable. They seem like real people; people you wouldn't change for the world no matter how much you want to throttle them sometimes.
If you ever publish something, I'm going to buy it. Even at the risk of being caught buying a romance novel, which, yeah, embarrasses me. Romance is my guilty pleasure...hm, alright, maybe not so guilty...
Anyways I've never had a thing for the name Rafael and especially not Rafe, because, heh, no offense but I always thought it sounded like a raper's name or just a creeper's name in general, but honestly it works here. Rafie is Rafe is Rafael x). I like him. And I like Jessica a lot too - I loved her character, and it usually takes a while for me to be won over by female heroines. They're usually somewhat pathetic, which annoys me. They also seem like such flat characters, not 'fleshed out' I guess you could say. But your characters, as I mentioned before, are not.
Once again, that was the most beautiful realization of love I have ever read in a story. Most stories don't have this natural process - it's just suddenly there and blurted out randomly in a confession. And I admire you for not adhering to that; it seems more realistic to have an event spark a confession. Great job; always, always keep writing! I'm sticking around.
