you are moaning baout a retainer? did i get that right? sorry but it is not that bad not nice but not that bad there is one thing you can do to help you with speaking that is to sing with it in silly but iT worked for me your tounge relises how high it can go and you learn to talk normaly AGAIN

Just read your poem about braces I just got my braces a couple of weeks ago too. I made a poem about spacers. This poem was so true.

so, so true. I got braces too and I have to wear a bite plate and when I talk I have a lisp and spit flies everywhere.
