I'm right with ya! "So I might as well just be random now/ And enjoy myself,/ While I still can." That just says it all for me right now. The whole poem is so insightful. I feel like we slip away from who we are as we grow up 'cause we're afraid that "the real me" won't be acceptable. But being random is so much fun! I miss the days when I was unashamed about laughing my head off over ridiculous things. Your poem really made me think about the question: Why does growing up mean growing out of who we really are? Good work - it's refreshing to read something that's relevant to me! Thankee - J.max

lol. nice little A/N. =) i likethis too, i like randomness/humor in people. =) i would never ever be friends with someone who couldnt at least make me smile. im not sure if thatsd being prejudeced or not but its just moi! heehee, nice poem, later!
