this story/poem touches something that no one wants to feel. That is what a good story does, makes the reader feel what the writer or charcter projecting whatever emotion they they themselves are feeling. if the character is sad, a reader should be able to FEEL the sadness in the story, and it is the same with happiness. i would say that you succeeded very well in doing so with this piece. ~may your fluffy bunnies of DOOM never have fur dandruff.

Ah, this poem was sad. The desperation I felt when my great grandmother died was felt here, you were dead on, pardon the pun, with the emotions one feels during those moments. Great poem! By the way, thanks for the review, looks like you have been busy! Perhaps Death's Apprentice has been updated?

Wow...*Grins* another good piece of work Alareic. I thought this was really good. I liked the line "I can feel your soul seeping through the cracks"...hm, I don't know why, but I just do so... Anywho, *Nods* yep, very unique...a little sad, but well written as always. Anyways, keep up the great work. ^_^
