I love this story! And i'm glad you left him blind, i think it really adds to the deph of the whole thing. Lets us know about the published thing(not sure what word to use.

“I haven’t seen your parents in a while, so I guess we could screw around…” that cracked me up! freaking hilerous i said that to someone before and all I got was they are downstairs! it was so funny i like ur story thats a really cool idea lik blind kid gets babysat funny.. but not the blind part thats not funny but u get it

Wow! I loved this fic. I love how this can be so natural even thought some parts do seem absurd (like a blind person showjumping) but like you said, these are also possible. It could easily be a reality. It is a fiction that you managed to pull of really well. I havent read a fic like this, though I have read one where a good friend is handicapped. This is simply wonderful. You are wonderful. Thank you so much for writing and posting such a touching fic. I laughed, I cooed, I was frustrated at times, and I was nearly teary-eyed. Congratulations on a job well done. It's so good, I have to favourite this. It would be wrong not to. I'm so glad that this was nominated in the SKOW awards, but I do wish I had found this earlier so it could have been nominated for Best Chemistry too. Or Het romance. Well done.
I've also read on of your other fics so it was no surprise when I found that this was just as good if not better. With that being said, I am also going to add you to favourite authors list.
