for The Sails of a Ship

This was very well-writen.

The rhyme scheme was interesting and it was an enjoyable poem to read.

As for changing poetry, I have to say that it takes time to find the kinds of poems you like to write, and maybe to not take the first draft as the only draft and revisit poems later on when it's been a few years since they were written.

Anyways Kudos on a beautiful poem!

What an excellent poem. You definitely have a talent for this! And a point on your note at the bottom: Inspiration is the best place to get a poem or any other type of writing. Keep it up!

The first line was a bit choppy, but otherwise, this was a sweet, well-worded poem.

And I see we both like the authors Garth Nix and Tamora Pierce (have you read her Immortals series? It's my favourite series of books).
