utterly fascinating. i love your vocabulary. you really extend beyond the usual word pallette that most authors confine themselves to.your description of the Taal Lake was captivating and beautiful. i'd never really thought about the Philippines that much before.i love reading authors from other countries. you always bring a fresh perspective on a world that i haven't had the opportunity to see myself yet. someday!

fascinating concept, and it builds interest artfully. only one thing: you could split the HUGE paragraph into smaller ones. there are a few points at which the sentences dont naturally flow from one another, when you proceed from one idea to another. at those points, you could use some paragraph splitting. it will just take a careful, detatched read-through to make the whole thing flow smoothly and logically and make it easier to read.other than that, i can't wait to read on!

Firstly, thankyou for your reviews. More importantly, this piece is excellent. Your tone is authoritative and wise, yet you manage to retain a sense of mystery by hinting at untold stories. I think you have real talent as an author, and your ambitions in that respect will definately be realised. I enjoyed reading your biography - it must have been amazing living in so many place and learning so many languages! I look forward to reading more of your stuff...

Thank you so much for all your reviews! I am glad that you enjoyed them. I enjoyed this story, although I thought that the paragraphs were a bit large and I had to really concentrate to keep from just skimming through. I hope you aren't annoyed that I come and critisize your work, I am just trying to offer a constructive critique. I like how you protrayed the confusion and denial of a soul who has just died and cannot come to terms with it. It is, in my opinion, a brilliant work and I wish you the best of luck with your writing, you have some genuine talent.
