one spelling mistake- in the sixth line, you say 'four ourfive', which i'm assuming should be 'four or five'. just thought i would bring that up to you. but as for the story itself- this is hauntingly beautiful. it's true that we're often lost in memories and therefore have trouble moving forward in life. to make this flow better, you might want to consider not making every line a full sentence, because honestly, most of the lines could easily be two or three sentences, and they would make more sense that way. good work.

Hey, you might remember reviewing my work a few weeks ago? Well, I'm finally (sorry!) returning the favour. I'm sorry that it's so late!
This just plain rocks. It's awesome. You've managed to capture the magic and innocence of childhood, and the consequent loss of that innocence as you grow up. I don't know anyone who has written something so original! Well done, because it's really awesome. Keep it up ;) !

Brilliant. The beggining is really good, the pictures of the moon and the tree are just wonderful. Also really like how it focuses in towards the end, coming back to childhood from the dreamlike garden at the start.

Again, I love your images, like "it cried amber tears." In fact, the first time I read that I swore it had been "cried amber leaves." So vivid...
I was a bit confused about the blue blade. What did the blue blade represent? Was it moonlight? Blue blade still sounds beautiful, hehe...
Everything seems to be rich (wow, literally) with color and childish awe at the world around us. Good job aquamoon!
