This was...god, trying to find an analogy and only coming up with: endless cigarettes after sprite-vodka kisses...utterly satisfying, and very well done.

YOU want to grow up to be like ME? I could (and probably will) read this poem an absurd amount of times. It's so delicate and perfect. And Betty? The Bettys are endless amounts of writing material in themselves.

if not for my toothpick cabini might be a little like scarlett o’hara

I love lines like that.

I totally Heart this! I love the part about Betty and the toothpick cabin and the tabascco scause and mustard stains! your an effin' genius... so much realism, you so good at noticing everything around you, it's breathe-taking...

I loved this title for starters. and "Please have mercy on me" and that line about Sputnik- lately, it seems, to me, you have been fixtated on the 1950s. which is very cool. I love it.
