Julius? Augustus? Claudia? Are you a fan of Roman history? Anyway good start so far. Your title interest me. Your plot interest me. Your characters interest me. So keep writing will ya! By the way you can find about a million things on locations in New York on the web. There is also a book called A Writer's Guide to Places that helps you describe things like you've actually been there. I don't know if it's available in New Zealand though.
