Omg this is probably one of the best stories I have ever had the pleasure of reading.i don't normally review,infact I have never been waiting for that one story that just blows me away and this is just that.i think you should listen to Merrick's advice as well and keep on writing because you are awesome at this made your day!

For one story I'm thinking about writing, I made up this character, "Sener". I'm gonna change the name later, I think... Anyway, I'm pretty sure about his personality, past, and so on, but I'm just not good at describing people's looks.. I picture people differently. So one day, "Sener-for-now" came to haunt me, wanting me to finally describe him. Seems like I'm not the only one haunted by characters.
So... great story :)

So, I was looking for a good supernatural romance - searched the fantasy archive for the ones with the most favourites. Your summary didn't draw me in that much, but was intriguing.
The story. Oh, I loved it. All of it. Merrick is so perfect, he's like the best friend everyone wants. The plot line was so original - and the ending was so unexpected I was compelled to tears. It was happy, even though it was sad, and for that I have peace that Merrick's always watching over Corinne.
Was this story based on you? It's weird to think you wrote something about writing something, because I sure as hell always get writing block, and if this could happen in reality... How's life been since then? I expect a message from you.

This was not at all what I expected to find when I started reading, but I absolutely loved it. I'm really not sure why it works, because there is really so little plot. Still, it flows wonderfully and is mostly free from grammar errors. You use 'you're' a couple times instead of 'your', and it should be 'lose' not 'loose' in the Merrik chapter, but that's just me being super picky.
I very much liked the character's personalities. You developed them steadily and thoroughly in a way that made it feel like you were getting to know real people. Finally, I love the necklace. That part spoke to my hopelessly romantic side in the same way that him leaving matched my pessimism.

Amazing and inspiring. I'm not a writer by any means (science geek all the way!) but the way you described why she wrote-how scenes and dialogues would just pop into her head and stay there-perfect way to describe what happens to me all the time.
