OMG! I love this story, i got so wrapped up in the characters i was all disappointed when it was the end...I've been waiting for ages for the second chapter to go up and when i saw it i was so excited...keep going! your fantastic :)

YAY! I'm so happy you updated, this was a good chapter. Though, I want to know more about Gene's job/future career. I love how the mother's want Gene and Ethan to get together...lol. I can't wait for the next chapter, please update soon.

Nice update, go dashing Ethan. I had to re-read the first chapter! I couldn't remember a thing. But, yay, here's hoping for more updates.
Looks like it won't be too long a story. Will it?
XD I sort of like the voice you give this story. It's not quite what you'd normally get. A bit hard to explain, but I feel like the fantasy-ish tones carry on a bit (tiny bit) to this one, and lend it a unique vocabulary.

This is a short review cos my parents are badgering me to sleep. It's 2.30am here now where I am.
Haha I really like this chapter! Lots of things happened. That's great seeing how we've all waited so long for an update =P But it's ok, I understand that you have other things to worry over as well. So just update whenever you have the time!
One question though: why did you pick Gene as her name? Cos you have to admit it's a pretty unique name, especially for a girl.
Can't wait for the next update! =)

I really like this story, esp. the way that you used a coming-full cirlce intro! I can't wait to read more! the story just really flows and draws you in! Amazing! L8a

It's interesting, I'll give you that.
At first I thought it would be another cliche, another one of where the girl hates her brother's hot best friends and blah blah blah.
The fact though, that the main character was rational enough to say that she didn't actually HATE him and at times adored him, was the clincher.
My advice? Keep on making Gene reasonable and unlike those other stories where they ALMOST get together but get in a huge fight. (Lather, rinse, repeat.) Those get repetitive, boring, and cliche.
You have something good here, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
