hm. i feel like these are the thoughts that you have at the darkest moments, just drifting through your mind b/t the rushes of pain (or i'm just reading into it, which is easy to do with a simple poem like this, heh) becaue of the dashes separating the verses. i like the way that it's semi-fragmented so it conveys the pain of it more. it's simple but truthful. cool

Beautifully written... it almost made me cry. I think it's a beautiful tribute to your father... Truly, it's very deep and really quite a moving verse. Wonderfully written!

wow lisa does poetry :Pad poetry (which I hate to admit but it's my favourite type) and *huggles* but bottling things up isn't always the best way to go.. but as I don't think you do s'ok. But if you ever need to talk I'm here! but it's a good poem anyways ^^

Your dad died? That really gets to me. I have suffered the same although not from cancer. Just stay strong, healing comes although slowly.
