fun and funny. This is well done, what with grammar, spelling, and especially plot. My only trouble is that I can't imagine the 'dark angel' being attractive. Maybe he should get a hair cut?

Damn. I am trying so hard to comment every other chapter. (trying not to bounce off walls)I like your story so much that diego's wondering what have I been reading and writing all this time.
Did I tell you that I love soseji-chan? I could just imagine him being soo cute while he clings for dear life on dark angel's leg. So pink, so cute with beady eyes and wiggly oval snout... nyu (hugs soseji-chan tight, his/her eyes are popping out)
Ooh. Interesting new character you have there. Kadoma-kun seems delicious but that is not what makes you read the next chapters after this - its the mysterious relationship between him and Tadako. hm..
FYI: what we say when the sensei enters the class is Kiritsu (stand) ki wo tsuke (the closest english meaning is 'pay attention') rei (bow). After the class leader says rei, you have to greet your sensei first (i.e ohayo gozaimasu) then bow to your sensei. After which, the sensei says (douzo okake kudasai) which means 'go ahead and sit down'. The students would reply 'arigatou gozaimasu' before taking a seat.

I was about to say NO but then I realized that you are going somewhere with this meanness. I don't know why but this reminds me of how you liked romanticizing cold characters like Hiei and amazingly still keep their coolness even amidst WAFFy moments.
About the kun thing - well, I have to admit it was a bit hard to imagine that happening in real life without a reaction (feigned or otherwise) from Chie. Then again - i give credit to your creative license. It does give a different meaning to the relationship but it was only brought to light by the review and your response to it.

I don't know what was wrong with the use of just "Bara" for denoting a rose. I actually find it unnatural since it means flower of rose. In conversations I had with my professor when we were in the Rose Gardens of Ueshio park, roses were never referred to that way.
Maybe its just me and my less than 2 years of living in Japan is at fault here. (looks shyly at you with puppy eyes hoping to distract you from seeing that my hands are rooting around for that jar of bunnies)

For most part the use of honorifics are right save for this line: "I think Chie-kun will be one of them." Since Chie is a girl -san would be the appropriate honorific as -kun is only used on boys.
On a lighter note, I appreciate the imagery that the author has so accurately painted. To be honest, as I have observed in a recent trip to the japanese equivalent of middle school, the girls are not above from giggling during an assembly and some of them will even openly fawn on a cute guy, of course, sans the banners. My perception, of course, is limited by experience and based from the statements of a reliable source there are better mannered students. hehehe.
Btw, I think Aine was better choice than the manager.
What do you say we grab coffee with S and C when I get back there over the holidays? Keep up the good work! hugs!

You are a very talented writer! You have a plot, you develop charcters very well and you know how to keep the readers enthralled! Also all the drama doesn't happen at once which is always my mistake...I think you have some serious talent and I really hope you continue writing very soon!
