Very well written and documented. A couple repetitive sentences, and one spelling error that cause me to laugh out loud. When you first talk about "drive-by-shootings" (para 3, line 7 end of line) you wrote "dive-by-shootings." I know this is serious, but heck did it cause a funny picture. Once again, well written! I'd give you an A if I were your teacher.
