You're so good at capturing obscure feeling in the most basic of things. I wish I could pick at your brain sometime.

Keep writing

Sweet! Truely unique and intense anthropomorphism (aw, that isn't the right word...aw...personification? Making the rock seem human) This "Though to dust I will turn you stand there amazed”,/“For that one moment I was able to fly”." is very nice. I also like the title, from whence flows the intensity.

I think i am slightly amazed. That someone can take the throwing of a rock and compare it as a metaphor to the way we should use our lives. Or at least this is the sort of thing that I got from this.

It was almost inspiring...sort of a gospel in itself. "make your life something... make other people worthwhile... no one is a rock" type philosophy. I loved it.

I like writers who think outside the box of angsty blood cutting teenage drama and move. Beautiful piece once again. I think I might be addicted to your writing.

This poem seems to be a mirror in which my own life is held to question. Lovely poem

Wow. This is so full of great lines. Lovely meaning, very provocative. I like it. I can see why it's going to be published. Speaking of which, congratulations!

Beautiful, Beautful, Beautifully written and I can not help but to think that too our lives are liken onto that rock that awaits, being crumbled into dust...and then someone enters our life and springs us forward into the vastness of new heights not previously known and for just a little while...we soar. Maisha/Connie

Fascinating stuff! I personally think it's a dark way of portraying the monotone of the life of a rock; but I'm a sucker for that kind of thing.
