Hi, I just left a review a few moments ago saying I didn't get how the name in the last chapter sex scene was all Jon... I feel really silly because I just realized on the mobile site I'd accidentally skipped from the chapter ending with Jenna and Wes making up over him lying about talking to Kim on the phone to the actual last chapter and I've gone and ruined it for myself. Still plan on finishing though becaus now I have to figure out how the heck that happened. Love the story!

Just finished the whole story and I loved it. Was confused on the last chapter you uploaded though. You used Jon's name throughout the whole sex scene but I was hoping you meant for it to say Wesley? Because if not I'm very confused as to how they ended up together.

I don't know what lalaland you are living in but that is not how a girl with dignity and character acts. Wesley uses money to buy people and get what he wants. Jon on the other hand also traded a human being for a piece of property. Its disgusting that Jenna forgave both of them. More disgusting thing is adapting a child. Jenna is not mature and responsible enough to take care of herself and relationships. She is drawn to manipulative men. George seems ;like a good guy but not a billionare or with a lot of good looks but he did not manipulated her or used her for a fake family cover. Funny thing is Jenna out of the blues got herself ready to adopt a child when she is not even dating anyone properly just a fake cover for her boss. She needs to be stable in her own financial [position and on her own feet to take that kind of responsibility. Yes the world is full of children who needs stable home and finance to live their life. But not all world's problems are Jenna's responsibility. Its hilarious that even now she is build herself a dynamics of fucked up family with Wesley and Jon. Is this how women thinks these days? This adoption nonsense should end because just because brangelina are doing it so it is cool is not working anymore. Brangelina are getting a divorce and brad just got cleared of child abuse charges with family therapy and monitored child visits. I was shocked to see this chick Jenna as she is trying have a character. She is characterless and very spineless when she first agreed to be a fake finance for her boss then move in with him, adopt a child and dated his cousin, become a ping pong ball between cousins. Its disgusting and very characterless.

really why this story is like this why she did nt have any self respect and why she made her self manipulated so easily and why she did forgive jon or even wesley; and being the maid of honor its terrible and what is this about adoption ,and i dont know, do the woman nowadays think like this? wesley is more liar than trevor he thinks money is all and she agrees some times despite of her so called character. my brain really clogged up.

This feels like it took a few years to write. It feels all over the place. The were a few grammar mistakes, but I genuinely enjoyed all the plot twists and liked the more realistic interpretation of the character of Wesley. Generally he's portrayed as "Oh he just loves you so you have to accept it, blah blah true love blah, destiny, soul mates, blah blah". It was an entertaining read, though Jenna annoyed me sometimes. She's suffering because he's not close to her but she put up so many barriers and rules at the beginning that she made it impossible for him to get close. She set up the scene so he couldn't do anything. I genuinely feel that if she'd been more affectionate at the beginning, they would have worked out. Not that I don't like Jon, he's more of what a relationship should have been. The other crazy thing was this all seemed to happen within a month, maybe month in a half 0_o. Waaaaaayyyy to soon to adopt. It felt like she had issues, like she couldn't live without having someone need and totally depend on her. I myself have always said I'm going to adopt instead of giving birth so I thought it was nice of you to be so altruistic and try to educate your readers. But because of the timeline it didn't feel real, and ended up feeling like they had issues. I get that you wanted them to have issues. Thanks for that, I really enjoyed their issues and it's a big part of why this story works. But her obsession with adoption was a little creepy and felt like it was rooted in deep psychological issues and/or there was a secret gold digging reason she didn't even acknowledge in her internal monologue. Wesleys obsession also felt a little creepy and like he had issues, though somehow you made it feel more natural for him than for her. Though I must say I love how you made her character grow thanks to Jon's example when she started talking straightforward with Wesley.
Over all I liked this story, it felt like a realistic take on this over used cliche. The only thing I really hated was Abby at the end. She just feels like a horrible opportunistic gold digger, and was so obviously interested in Wesley, even downright covertly pushy sometimes. I'd prefer a thousand times that he'd married and banged up some woman we don't know. That's the ONLY part I hated about this story. I don't mind that he's married and pregnant, I just hate that it's HER. It even feels premeditated on his side, like he was already making a backup. This was a very entertaining read, though a little rough around the edges. You've inspired me to read the rest of your stories. You took something cliche and made it your own and entertaining at the same time. It all felt like people with real issues. Thanks for taking the time to write this!

The first thing I have to say is that your aggressive/passive aggressive notes at the beginning of the chapters towards haters were the best and they always made my day lol. Also I got wayyyyy to invested with this story, it was amazing and frustrating and made me so mad ugh! But like I said it was amazing and I'm happy with how it ended. Although Wesley makes me so mad! I really really liked him in the beginning and then he went on to do all that dumb crap! I still love him though and think he's a great guy even if he and Jenna weren't meant to be a good couple. Like I said I was way to invested but I loved every minute of it! Thank you for writing this! Also I read your other stories and they're just as amazing! Keep on with your writing because you are incredibly talented! Lots of love-emma crade

Well this was one of the best spent two days reading ever. Great story, I actually didn't see the Jon and Jenna thing happening until the end and I liked it. Also I know that this is weird and probubally not at all related to the story but for some reason when I think of Jon I think of the guy who plays Andy in the office, it's weird and probubally not correct at all but whatever
But in all seriousness this was a great story and I very much enjoyed it. Hope that you have a swell red of the day :D

Oh my god. I don't even know if you check reviews anymore but I just read this huuuuge story in about two days and man was it a ride. I was actually kind of surprised and unsurprised by other readers' reactions to Jenna (because god forbid we ever let a woman have any sexual freedom, right? Only guys have that privilege, right?) but during the whole Ukraine bit I found myself getting SUPER frustrated with her indecisiveness... And the fact that I was getting so annoyed is proof that you've written an amazingly three dimensional character. Amazing work! I really loved this story and I'm super happy with the way it ended, although I do think it waffled on a little too much when Jenna was trying to 'choose' - realistically, I doubt many guys would put up with that! Overall though I was practically suctioned to my phone and obsessed with finishing the story. Great work! I'm going to check out some of your other works now!

I don't know if you'll be able to read this because this story is sooo long ago. But I'll take a shot at it anyway because I want you to hear me out.
I loved your story...up 'till chapter 19, that is. I'm going to proceed with the things I love about the story first.
I mainly stayed and got hooked because of the witty banter and how well you transitioned the story of Wes and Jenna. I love Jenna's flaws and her awesome friendship with her mom. And also, you pack a hefty in each chappie and I absolutely love that.
Now to the con. One indication that I really loved your story is that I skipped to the ending to find out if I'm in for a heartbreaking ending or what. And when I found out that Jenna ended up with Jon, well...I wasn't happy to say the least. It's not a matter of being Team Wesley or John. I don't care who she ends up with. Look, there's nothing bad with veering off from the cliche. I liked how you attempted to do that with this story. But the way you executed it...didn't quite settle well with me. I know I have no right to say this because you're the author and you know your story better than I do but I might as well put my two cents into this in hopes that what Im going to say will be helpful.
You (unconsciously or not) fleshed out Wesley to be the guy Jenna ends up with. It's clear right from the summary and the first chapter. You built the readers's expectation and you also built Wes to be the guy she ended up with. It seemed to me that you decided ON A WHIM that Jon would end up with her instead. The love triangle wasn't well mapped out. Authors write in a way that clues in readers on who the protagonist ends up with. To do otherwise would be a pitfall. And that's what you did. If Jon really was the main character, not Wesley, then it should've been evident right off the bat.
