I thought this little story of Jack, our former scarecrow, was cute... In a strange way. Short and sweet, as I like to say. I like your style of writing; clear, with a good sense of vocab - but not overdoing it. And the idea of Jack is simple, but clever, and I'd also like to know just what it is that Jack does on the black market.
Perhaps you will add more to this story of Jack sometime? If you do, I will certainly look forward to it!
